General Conference Information

What are the official dates of the 2017 JIB-NFA Annual Conference?
The official dates are July 10-14, 2017. 

Who should attend the JIB-NFA Annual Conference? 
JIB Corporate, Franchisees and valued Vendors are all welcome.

Are children allowed at the Conference?
Of course! The Association welcomes families to attend our events. Children ages 4-12 need to register for a “Kids Klub” package, which is explained in more detail on the REGISTRATION tab. All children and guests over the age of 13 are required to register for the conference as “Guests”.

Where is the JIB-NFA Annual Conference 2017 located? 
This year's Conference will be held at the Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

What is the first event? When does the Conference open? 
The first official event is the Golf Tournament on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 8:00am. The Opening Welcome Reception is also on Monday, July 10. 

What is the last event? When does the meeting end? 
The 2017 JIB-NFA Conference officially concludes on July 13, 2017 with the Awards Night Dinner, which will start at 6:30pm.

What is the Dress Code? 
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary and the weather outside will be warm. We do not recommend jeans, shorts or other casual clothes.

**Please note: August weather in Colorado springs can be described as very summer-like with lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. Daytime high temperatures average in the mid-80s fahrenheit. Night time temperatures dip into the 50s.

How do I make a hotel reservation? Conference at The Broadmoor

Click here to register for the conference and reserve your room today. All registration packages include four (4) nights accommodations. **Please do not contact the hotel regarding your hotel reservation or stay, as they will direct you to our conference reservations team. If you have any questions regarding the hotel reservation process, please email our reservations team.

Additional nights are available for $325 per night, based on availability from Saturday, July 8th - Saturday, July 15th. Limited rooms available pre/post conference dates.

Can I get a discount on my airfare the Conference? 

Our group has partnered with United and Delta Airlines to provide discount airfare: Visit the Travel Tab for details.

What is the closest airport to The Broadmoor Resort Hotel? 

The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is about 15 minutes from the Resort. The Denver International Airport (DEN) is about a 90 minute drive.

How do we get to The Broadmoor Resort Hotel?

CAR: There are multiple options for getting you and your family to the resort. The first option, should you want the freedom to explore on your own free time, would be to rent a car. We have secured group discounts for Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Visit the Travel Tab for details.

TAXI or UBER: Price depends on service selected. Inquire online or at airport upon arrival.

SHUTTLE: Round-trip and one-way shuttle service between both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport and The Broadmoor can easily be arranged through The Broadmoor Transportation Department once you have finalized your flight plans. How do I know if I'm registered? 
All attendees will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation is your receipt and verifies your address information. If you have questions, please email registration@jibnfaconference.com .

Where can I get a registration form? 
Secure registration is available online here: Franchisee Registration and Vendor Registration. Phone registrations will NOT be accepted.  Please refer to the Registration page of this website.

What is included in my registration? 
Conference Registration packages includes lodging for two (2) attendees, attendance to Welcome Reception, General Sessions, Vendor Tradeshow and Closing Night Awards Dinner.

Any additional guests sharing accommodations (up to 2 additional room guests, hotel enforces a maximum of 4 guests per room) over the age of 13 must purchase a “Guest” registration to attend the events of the conference. This includes all food functions and General Sessions.

Are children allowed at the Conference?
Of course! The Association welcomes families to attend our events. Children 4-12 years of age need to register for a “Kids Klub” package to cover the conference evening functions on July 10, 12 and 13. The hotel has a Kids Club for the daytime activities.

All children and guests the age of 13 and older are required to register for the conference as “Guests”.

How will I receive my badge? 
When you arrive at the registration counter, you will receive your badge and additional conference materials and gifts for your valued attendance.

[VENDORS] How do I access the Sponsorships and Booths page? . 
The Sponsorships & Booths page is password-protected and not available to the general public. Authorized vendors will be sent the login credentials to access the detailed information for sponsorship opportunities. If you have misplaced your credentials, please email us at registration@jibnfaconference.com.

What if I need to cancel my registration? 
You may cancel and expect a full refund up until May 15, 2017. Notice of a cancellation must be sent in writing to UME Productions registration@jibnfaconference.com by May 15, 2017. Cancellations after May 15, 2017 will be deemed non-refundable.

Allowable refunds are not made until after JIBNFA has settled all accounts and obligations, no sooner than 60 days following the close of the conference on July 14, 2017.

What if I need to send someone else in my place? 
Attendees may transfer registrations but must notify us immediately by email. All requests must be sent to registration@jibnfaconference.com up to 72 hours prior to the conference.
